"CheckIn: Pretty frustrating as the 1st counter said that our tickets weren't confirmed & was told to go to another counter. When we get to the other counter - was told that the tickets were confirmed & again was told to go to another counter...& then having to go back to the 1st counter to get our boarding tickets & our bags check-in.....hmmm....3 ticketing officers to see before we can get everything done!??"
