"CheckIn: opened the checkin counter at the last min, was waiting in line when our flight was leaving in 40 mins, we were told not to worry. too stressful, counter should have been opened at least 2 hrs before for checkin"

"The plane was dirty, uncomfortable and old. The airconditioning vent dripped on my head the entire flight."
