"The safety demonstration in Spanish shown on the monitors was still running when we took off.
The snack trolley passed us so quickly that my travel companion did not even notice it and the flight attendant did not seem that keen on selling us anything.
There was an unaccompanied minor travelling across the aisle from me and not once during the flight, except during meal service, did a flight attendant check up on him.
After the meal service in the beginning of the flight, we did not really see any personnel in the aisles for the rest of the four hour flight.
During landing, the two flight attendants sitting across of me at doors two were both reading a magazine. As a flight attendant for another oneworld alliance company I was stunned by this, as we are requested not to even talk to each other at that crucial part of the flight. To me, that doesn't convey safety to the passengers.
If I have a choise, I might choose not to travel with AA in the future."

"CheckIn: Was a bit confused with the self check-in machines at first and had been standing in line for the luggage check-in for a while before anyone told us we had to check in before that. But overall it went smoothly."
