"Our flight was due to leave at 7.30am, at 8 am we were told that the flight had been delayed until 11.50am, after waiting until 11am we were then told that the flight had been cancelled completely. We then went to their service desk and despite their representative being sympathetic to our cause she told us that there was nothing they could do, hence leaving us stranded in prague. Family arrangements had to be changed, hire car booking had to be changed and the next flight we were able to get out of prague was at a cost of nearly £400, this was our spending money for the holiday. As a result the holiday that we have saved for and looked forward to for more than 2 years has been cut short a day and we have been left with no money with which to participate in the activities we had planned. I have e-mailed skyeurope twice still to no avail. Perhaps you could inform us of who we can contact to take the matter further as skyeurope have been uncontactable."
