"CheckIn: Flight was delayed and friendliness of staff was appauling. We were delayed for 3 hours and they started checking in guests for a later flight which was also delayed while many guests were waiting to check in for the earlier flight. Very bad management of the situation actually. being in the service industry myself I would be putting the manager on notice for the mismanagement. No apology extended only on the flight. Prague staff need a lot of training. It was great to have the 150 cz refreshment but by the time we checked the cues were so long it was unnecessary. Will not fly Skye Europe again not because of delay but more for the way it was handled, or lack of service."
