"I had two flights with SkyEurope in three days, both of them delayed ostensibly for the same reason - delayed arrival of the plane. The Vienna-Brussels flight was delayed by close to four hours, with no clear information on when the flight would be delayed until until an hour before it finally left. A 6 Euro refreshments allowance was very limited given the high prices at the airport brasserie, allowing just one slice of pizza, for example. Once we finally took off, the cabin temperature was very very low, and most passengers had to pull out unseasonal coats if they had them. We eventually landed so late in Brussels that public transport was no longer running, and it would have helped if SkyEurope had a bus into town or a central area."
