"The Airline originally delayed the flight due to bad weather - strong cross winds, cannot fault them on that. Would rather be grounded than smashed into the tarmac. We kept getting told flight was being delayed and then moved onto another flight. This happend twice. What the concern was the total lack of organisation in dealing with this situation, which would not have been a first for Olympic Airlines. Due to their percieved dishonesty about the situatuon, the additional flow on of the 4 of us missing our international connecting flights and associated costs. Olympics Airlines through their poor management has cost me an additional ?1000. If they had been upfront, I could have organised another 4 flights with another carrier and no bad feelings towards Olympic Airlines would exist. I will be spreading the bad word about Olympic Airlines to all my colleagues. I work for an organisation of over 40,000 employees. Now I've been told to claim a refund through Barcelona!!"
