"We wanted to travel from Zakinthos to Malta, however it took us a whole day to do this, flying from Zakinthos to Athens, Athens to Rome, Rome to Malta. The flights costed us an arm and a leg. The actual flight from Zakinthos to Rome, was excessively early (only one flight goes in the morning and one flight goes in the afternoon). The service was sub-standard, and the plane was small. Then we had to wait for 5 hours to fly with lympic air from Athens to Rome. For such a common destination, one would think that Olympic Air has plenty of flights especially in a peek session. Our overall experience very bad, and we will never choose Olympic Air again!"

"CheckIn: We were told to come 1.5 hours early at the airport. The olympic air section was unstaffed. When staff chose to come, there was a slowed process - getting boarding cards, then passing luggage through Xray machine, then going through to the gates and further waiting. Staff were unable to inform us if there would be a delay or not in flights. Thankfully we had 5 hours to spare just in case."

"Luggage handling: One of our suitcases was lost, then found (ended up to be broken - hard case). When we got the boarding card initially we had to handle the luggae again to pass through an XRAY machine, this part could be avoided. All other airports you give luggage and then they Xray it separately - saves time, and creates more efficiency"
