"CheckIn: Lady directing people to get their boarding cards was a bit rude. Too many people trying to book in at too few machines and no one to help. It was a nasty scrum. Also group of 20 italian teenages traveling together blocking the path but no one organising. Did not save any time at check in at all.
Need to make sure the seats they call load correctly. When they called the back seats almost everyone started loading so those of us who waited politely had the most trouble squeezing in."
