"CheckIn: In Prague, I missed my Prague to Athens connection, due to the delay of the plane from Brussels to Prague, I was standing in the queue to change the connection for 2 hours. There were only 3 people serving more or less 100 customers and the average serving time of each was more than 10 minutes!"
