"CheckIn: Checkin online was excellent, although when enterring my eticket number, the dash between the numbers caused some hassle. Perhaps should say leave the dash out of the eticket number. For example 0641-91346654 should be enterred 064191346654. Baggage drop was fast and smooth and boarding was good."

"CheckIn: The gentleman at the desk appeared to be a stand-in as he had to ask the lady at the next desk what needed to be done. They also did not ask if I had a seat preference, which I always appreciate."
