"CheckIn: Superviser lady (both for Austrian and Lufthansa) whom I applied for seat in emergency raw (due to my height of 1.98 m) was very unhelpful, inattentive, not cooperative and I would say rude. She also refused to seat my wife with me, saying no women are seated at the emergency, but on the plane I spotted 2 women there, and no reaction from the crew!!! And we had some problems with the computer, one of the passengers didn't show in the computer, though registration/booking was OK."
