"Aircraft: flight to cairo : no crew member on board spoke arabic. I tried to help passengers filling out papers and choosing drinks.."

"Luggage handling: it was difficult to gather information upfront about the exact luggage restrictions and I spent more than four hours online and on the phone before I got an efficient person on the phone to solve the mystery about checked luggage piece number two and it's cost. the lady on the luxembourg airport made a note n the computer and I did not have to pay extra as there was a two piece allowance for the return but unclear for the flights to cairo. luggage hustle on all flights keep ruining the pleasure to travel."
