"check in in venice very very poor. On line checking not effective from Copenhagen upon return, we could only check in for Vienna-Venice and did not receive our sms boarding cards, we had to queue anyhow in CPH to register for cph-vie, so what is the point of on-line check in if we can only check in half way."

"CheckIn: Sweddish IDs not accepted (but they are everywhere else in Europe!). Girl at the counter in Veniuce very rude. We had booked two tickets together but we were not assigned together: reason given at check in desk : none! There were empty seats on the plane, the excuse of plane being too full does not apply therefore."
