"By far the best price I found. Drives me crazy to have to take a bus outside to the plane in Vienna. Separated from my minor children on return trip yet we booked together. All 3 of us in different rows and not close."

"CheckIn: Appreciate the help I always receive with check-in at Vienna airport. But dislike having to take a bus to plane and there was no water in waiting area! You can buy expensive duty-free alcohol but the water is sold in vending machines and they were broken. Vienna airport has horrible waiting areas -- little to no access to food and beverage."

"Children: I don't like being separated from my minor children when I fly. When I book us together, I expect to be seated together. A-OK on flight to London but all different rows when we returned to Vienna. The flight crew helped out."

"Luggage handling: No wait time to receive luggage and that's great for a big airport like Heathrow. This is of course because you have to walk a mile or two to get to baggage claim -- it's a big airport --but nice to get luggage immediately after that walk."
