"CheckIn: It was unclear if I had to check in online before going to the airport, normally you should otherwise it may result in paying for check in once you arrive at the airport. However, I couldnīt find it on the cimber air website so I had no choice."

"3 and a half hour delay and NO INFORMATION! Why did I put my mobile number on the reservation if you canīt even send a text message. At the airport, still no information, the girl at the disk very snorky and I had to find out for myself that I was entitled to a 110 DDK meal voucher (btw, most meals are over 160 DDK)!
Apparently there was no plane as it was delayed from Malaga, funny thing was that we were given a gate which was changed 3 and a half hours after the flight was supposed to depart and they bussed us 200 meters. Really unnessecary to go through that hassle. We could have walked.

"Incidents: For me a 3 and a half hour delay and no communication is a serious incident. I had to take a 30 Euro taxi from the airport to BCN city as I had already lost the above of my planned time. I would like for you to reimburse me of that!"
