"CheckIn: I weight my bag at home and it was 20 kg. At the check in counter they said that my bag was some 3 kg. more. And made me pay an expensive kg price on the extra kg. As the difference is within margin of error so its a bad way for an airline to get more money for their flight seats."

"Luggage handling: When in Rome the luggage from the flight was announced to be on a certain conveyor belt. I waited for an hour, but did not get my bag from the belt. I saw however that many of my fellow passengers from the plain got their luggage from this belt. I thus searced for my bag on all the belts and at last I found it, but not on the announced belt."
