"When we finally boarded, the plane was clean and new/modern etc but my entertainment screen didn't work so I had to change seats which was a bit annoying."

"CheckIn: At check in (which was easy enough) we were told the plane was delayed, but there was hardly any information, the boarding card times were all wrong and confusing, and I was not informed what would happen now I would miss my connecting flight due to the delay. Not good communication at all."

Other incidents: Missed a connecting flight
"Incidents: Missed 2 connecting flights due to the plane being unable to land at Kathmandu airport to take us to Doha (smog/visibility issues), but at Doha, Qatar airways managed to get me on a British Airways flight to London instead. My luggage also made it to London which was unexpected and good. Arrived 12 hours late which was really inconvenient, but at least I got there."
