"Flight London to Doha was delayed about 1.5 hours and no information was given. I was denied access to the toilets twice (in different flights) because "they were for business class passengers". I asked to be woken up for meals but the request was ignored."

"Stopovers: Stopover was about 12 hours and there were no complimentary services (i.e. access to lounge, etc.). There was one free meal but I wasn't given information correctly so I had to pay for it anyway. I wouldn't normally be looking for free stuff but that was a long layover. I think it would make a massive difference in their customer service (and therefore future sales) if they went the extra mile making long layovers as comfortable as possible."
