"Incidents: Arrived from Australia to find no plane - they changed the flight to a day before - stupid when flying from Australia and trying to connect. I'm still waiting for my refund that was promised.
What idiot airline cancels a flight and simply re-books for another day? Common sense and decency would refund payment and advise of potential alternative airlines."

"do not provide the 'Travel Sky shop' magasin, if you do not provide all advertised items. Bought some chocolates (M&M) advertised at the exchange rate of Euro 3.50, but had to pay Euro 4 !!???. When asking to take it off the seats, as apparently those prices and assortment applies for regular flights only , the answer was that they do not have time to do so !!??"
