"Changed boarding gate without telling. Got to Barcelona at 3pm and my bag didnīt. They said it just didnīt make it on the plane, even though I checked in 1 1/2 hours before departure. Bag wasnīt delivered until 10pm the next day!!! Severely altered and negated many of my plans!!!"
