"worst flight ive ever had. I thikk the pilots must have paid for their licence couldnt fly a paper dart in my opinion! Also refresehment service was dismal as they completely forgot to service an entire side of the plane, no drinks or snacks offered inflight no inflight entertainment offered, DISGUSTING!"

"CheckIn: More control over line up required at checkin as only one counter was listed and although to start with everyone was queued behind this line and taking their turn with which of the two open counters came up next, some impatient customers "jumped queue". The extra counter should have been barred off."

"The list of non-paid non-alcoholic drinks could include tea and coffee. My understanding is that a cup of tea also could be served for free among other non-alcoholic drinks. It isn't much more expensive compared to juice, even taking into consideration the energy that can be spend to boil the water."

"My flight from Prague to Paris was wonderful. I was very happy with the process from the time that I boarded the plane to the time that I got off. I was very happy with the service of the attendants and the overall comfort during my flight. I am tall and really appreciated the fact that I had plenty of legroom, even when the person ahead of me decided to recline. I have not experienced comfort like this on a plane for years. I had a first class experience!"

"Aircraft: You can tell that the aircraft was not new, but was kept clean and comfortable. The breaks made a terrible noise while we were on the tarmack before takeoff and landing, which was a little scary. I really liked that there was plenty of space between the seats."
