"The flight was 1 day late.No service in buisness class.The flight attendants were a sleep on the back row in buisness class it took me 45 minutes just to get a drink. Lost my flight out of Caracas for the day after normal arrival time,I am still in Caracas trying to get a flight to Port of Spain.I have contacted the airline several times in Madrid,onboard and here in Caracas but no help is offered. I have had to pay for my own expences except for the one night in Axor hotel in Madrid but yet minibar not included only water with the meals."

"CheckIn: First we were told that the flight was going to be 1 hr. late then we were to leave in the evenibg at 21:00 then 10:00 the next morning.I called the head office here in CCS and they told me the flight was going to leave at 04:00 in the morning. It is a discrace that a airline can get away with treating coustmers like this."
