"CheckIn: checkin at Copenhagen was a bad experience. I had to check in myself at the machine, then check in my luggage. I had to do all the work, stand in a long line twice, and it did not save me any time. The hostess who checked in my luggage did not explain to me which was my gate and how to get there. Then at security control, the security officer at the band refused to help me pushing my luggage through. All in all, people were not service oriented."
