"CheckIn: Self service is good, however a lot of customers don't seem to understand how it works and slow the baggage drop lines down as they have not checked in already. More clear signage or help people for these people to follow would be useful."

"Luggage handling: I checked in a small back pack and had to take it to special baggage, but am unsure why. It is small, not a backpacker pack, and all straps on it were done up. The problem was when collecting baggage I didn't know if it would come out of the normal luggage carousel or the special baggage - it came out with normal luggage but this is rather stupid. I could have carried this bag on it was so small, and I wish I had."
