"CheckIn: I asked that my bags be marked for flight transfer at helsinki and was told I have to do that when I get to Helsinki. Very dissapointed. All other european airline companies have assisted me and this has been my first bad experience flying. As a result I will not fly this airline again, even if It means paying more for another flight."
