"Technical problem, flight got cancelled but only when we were already all on board. Then complete chaos for rebooking, unprofessional management. Next plane, pilote got sick, so left with 30 minutes delay. Still I have little to complain, only had 2 hours delay for arrival ultimately. Others got off worse."
