"CheckIn: Very long queue and inefficiency in boarding at Charles de Gaulle airport, more the fault of the airport security staff, however there was absolutely no coordination with the boarding staff from the airline since they continuously called us to board the flight when we were waiting in the queue for security screening right in front of the gate!"

"The ground staffs and crew members and especially the head stewardress were impolite and aloof. It was my first flight with Scandinavian airline and therefore, I am not impressed. There is certainly loads of room for improvement in customer service. It was the same for my subsequent flight from Copenhagen to London when the ground staffs was definitely very rude."

"Children: We were reprimanded for not following the fasten seat belt sign because my 4 years old nephew was in need of the toilet. It's over 15 mins after the airplane stabilised but the pilot did not take off the sign and out of desperation, we have to bring him to the toilet after we felt that it's safe. Instead, the head stewardress reacted by impolitely and unreluctantly allowed his use of the toilet. It's was just appalling!"

"Luggage handling: One of our luggages was left behind (for the journey between Copenhagen to London). Even so, the ground staffs in Heathrow informed us that they did not receive any news about left luggages after we touched down and they mentioned it's unusual. We received the luggage only around 10 pm (5 hours after arrival)."
