"I want to make a remark on the booking procedure. I didn't find how many luggage was included in the flight price, neighter before, nor after booking. You should add that in your booking procedure. Maybe I missed but in that case it is difficult to identify. Make it more visible please."

"Usually a good flight but there have been delays of 1-2 hours frequently these last few months. Little information was given out and it also meant that passengers were unsure of time left until boarding so couldn't get food etc."

"CheckIn: The online check-in process is excellent and the self check-in terminals speed the process up. However, if in the normal queue, the process can take a while and often the queue extends over the last check-in time as there is only one person on the desk for a long line of people. This has the knock-on effect of giving passengers (who turned up on time), very little time to get food etc when through the gate."

"Aircraft: For a short journey, the plane had everything you would expect. Leg room is limited in the standard class but that is also what you would expect - no problems."

"just had 1 problem at bcn airport - brussels airlines operates from terminal 1 and not terminal A (which is located in terminal 2, this is an other part of the airport) - so i had to take the bus from terminal 2 to terminal 1, this took some time"
