"You should at least suggest tourists the way how they manage stopover time when it lasts more than several hours, e.g. let them know that airport has some facilities to have a rest, or introduce hotels near airport."

"Aircraft: Aircrafts going between Tokyo and Moscow should have wider space between sheets. It was not size for adults who are taller than 170 cm."

"Luggage handling: I traveled from Tokyo to Amsterdam via Moscow. My luggage did not arrive at Amsterdam with me. Fortunately it was sent safe to my residence in Amsterdam 9 hours after my arrival only with a lock lost."

"Luggage handling: On the way back fromTokyo to Amsterdam I did not lock my suitcase properly. Upon my arrival at my home I noticed a huge mess in my suitcase. Some people (at Moscow Airport) had been inside my suitcase and took some objects. My mobile telephone, ALL my earrings, a silver book marker and my brand new perfume (Scarlet, Cacherel) were missing from my suitcase. All my stuff, my clothes, my toiletbag was a mess."
