"But unfortunately I left my wallet in the seat pocket and although your various offices have tried to locate it I have failed. But as a piece of fairing fell off the aircraft during the flight it is possible it was taken out of service without being cleaned."

"Incidents: I left my wallet in the seat 19E. I am wondering if because the aircraft would have had to go to maintenance because of the missing port side fairing\pod that cleaners would not be pit aboard until that was done and perhaps my wallet would be handed in later by the cleaners. I have had wonderful help from all your ground personnel but do not have somewhere that I can email to follow my search for my wallet. None of the credit cards have been used since the loss so I feel it possible that the scenario outlined above is a good probability. PERHAPS SOMEONE COULD CONTACT ME PLEASE?"
