"Aeroflot were excellent. The onboard staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The food was nice and I had a great flight!"

"CheckIn: Sheremetyeva is a mall airport and easy to fin your way around. I think they could improve signage slightly in English, because you go through a security check before you check in, and I was a little confused about that."

"Aircraft: Fine. Standard plane really. Did get bashed in the knee when the person in from put their seat back."

"Luggage handling: At Malaga it was dumped on the floor after ages of passpport control. At Sheremeyeva lots of luggage fell off the conveyor belt and wasnt put back on. Be prepared to search!"
