"CheckIn: Moscow checking in was perfectly fine. St Petersburg check in (luggage only as I had checked in online) was very very poor. Only 2 check in desks for approx 4 flights and then only 1 person was working the check in desk. Luckily we had already checked in online otherwise we would have missed our flight."

"The flight was very good in general, although the appearance of the Tupolev (inside, very old) does not correspond to the high quality of the flight attendants, food and drinks served, etc.
