"Aircraft: On one of the flights a young stewardess tried to stay awake during the flight. She did her job well, although she looked absolutely exhausted and evidently couldn't walk straight from being too tired. She didn't have a name badge on, so I can't tell you her name. It made me think they are forced to work long hours.
One more thing - please can passengers be offered drinks more often."

Other incidents: Missed a connecting flight
"Incidents: I had to wait to collect my luggage for an hour at Sheremetievo airport and therefore just missed the connecting flight. Although I had just enough time to catch the connecting flight, nobody I asked(!) tried to help me. My day was ruined.
I'd suggest to improve the luggage handling as well as customer service at the airport, as other airports take about 15 min. to deliver luggage to the airport for collection. Thanks."
