"Aircraft: Like all airlines there should be a reduction in the number of announcements as many passengers want to sleep. I see no advantage in the pilot giving details of the altitude of the flight etc when same could be transmitted silently on the monitors."

"Stopovers: it would help if there was a simply layout plan showing passengers where to go for visas, passport checks etc and the order in which these take place. Walking from international arrivals to Domestic Terminal is quite a distance in Istanbul airport the provision of some type of transport would help especially older passengers and would also take away the stress of finding visa and passport checks etc."
