"Great service from THY, however, one toilet cabine was out of order in both flights which made queues really long and since we were sitting at the back of the plain we always had queuing people talking in front of us, apart from that, first time with THY and it surely will not be the last"

"The air crew were not very helpful, very rude. there was no aircon on. asked four times over the space of an hour for it to be turned up, they did only after a lady needed Oxygen as she was too hot and could not breath."

"Overall the flight was very pleasant. Best airline food I;ve ever had. The interior of the plane was a little old but neverless well maintained and very clean. This should;nt be of any concern - the staff was very friendly & catered to your needs. I rated it 4 because there were slight delays of 30 minutes each way."
