"The flight was heavenly, stewardesses amazingly courteous and helpful, meal satisfying; and therefore the flight went by very quickly. I like that they show the safety instructions on an animated video and show time of arrival and weather, etc. on the screen. It conveyed the necessary information, but felt less disruptive. The flight was very peaceful and I was able to read my book uninterrupted, except for when happily interrupted for something to drink and eat. Also, my legs had enough room so as to not feel cramped. Great flight, great staff!"

"CheckIn: The check in felt fairly efficient, especially the security check right before boarding. Staff was very friendly while boarding. One suggestion: Because our flight was Turkish Airlines operated by Swiss Air, we went to the Turkish Airlines desk first, before being sent to the other (Swiss Air) desk. Maybe during online booking, it could be made more clear to check in at the desk of the operating airline."
