"Excellent flight conditions and journey was a pleasure. Comfortable and staff were very helpful. Only negative observation is on both going out and coming back, I was sat in the middle of the plane and the meal choice had run out by the time I got served. Both times, I missed what I wanted! But food was still great."

"Aircraft: Comfortable. Couple of minor issues, my table would not go up although I chancged seats so it was fine. In addition, the guy sat next to me, the sound on his tv did not work."

"Luggage handling: On arrival at Bodrum, I had come from Istanbul so arrannged for friends to meet me at this terminal. Howerver, our bags did not come out (there were a few of us) as we were 'transfers' and had to pick our bags up from international terminal. Slight stress as thought my bag was lost and also concerned that friends were waiting at other terminal."
