"CheckIn: Could not check in on-line for Boarding plane from London.Heathrow. There was a real problem with my Irish family Surname beginning with O' written as O' Shea, as shown in my Passport.It wouldn' t allow for me to put in the comma ' before the O. The booking documentation & tickets variously spelt my name between O SHEA to OSHEA, whereas if the Computer forms were able to accept both mine and other Irish names beginning with O' I could have saved hours of attempting to book online, when I had so many things to do in the last 24 hours. You stipulate that the name has to be exactly the same as in the passport, yet your own booking & registration forms do not allow for our fellow Irish country women and men, to use our proper names. to do so"

"Aircraft: Because I could book in online (for reasons above), I couldn' t order a vegetarian meal in advance. In common with it seems all other aircraft design, it seems so incongruous, hygenic & cramped to have the lavatories near the kichen /catering areas"

"Stopovers: Good & Quick, but such a pity that flights cannot go directly to Northern Cyprus from the uk. as It is uneccessarily wearying for the more elderly, those traveling with children and the less physically able bodied person"

"Luggage handling: It would be good if the luggage handlers wore gloves, as my luggage had smeared oil stains over it which, because the case is of red canvas - like material, rather than leather, will be very difficult to remove."

"Who needs business class or first class when travelling with Turkish Airways? Leg room excellent, in-flight entertainment excellent, food excellent, service very good. I think all other airlines should take a leaf out of TA and consider economy users. 98%/100%"
