"Flight was on time and properly handled. I asked for an emergency exit seat because of my height and was not only denied one but given a seat in the last row which meant I could not lean my seat back and had the passenger in front squeezing me in. I did not appreciate the checkin personnel purposfully giving me a bad flight.
Return flight was better."

"TAP is a good quality company with frtiendly personnel. The food is somwhat disappointing. The sandwhich is always the same and very dry. Luggage was a mess and took very long at Lisbon airport but this is probably not TAPs responsibility."

"CheckIn: Boarding ocurred about an hour late. This is bad. What annoys me in the boarding process is that the entry in the plane is slower than the last ticket check at the gate. This leads to long lines in the access tube (finger?) to the plane. In a cold -6 degrees tube this is not fun. Again more an airport process critic than TAPs fault. Positive point is with the check in online facility we did not have to wait in at the check in counter which is excellent. Also TAP's pilots always try their best to regain time lost at boarding."

"Luggage handling: Positive point is with the check in online facility we did not have to wait in at the check in counter and just hand in our luggage. This is excellent. Luggage at Lisbon airport was a mess though and took very long. Screens did not indicate which luggage band we could get out luggage. This is very bad. As we are frequent flyers on Lisbon and this was the first time this happened my BAD rating is only representative for this flight. Again probably this is more an airport problem (luggage handling is done by Groundforce) than TAPs problem."
