"I don't know..I hadn't travel with TAP before and didn't know anything about the airline.. And I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. Had expected a more all over cheap-low cost experience. I had also, for time convenience sake, ordered a ticket from Easy jet on the return. But in comparison with the TAP experience it was not at all as good. 'Hard' bad service. And since the price on the two tickets did not vary that much I decided there and then not to travel Easy jet again when other options are possible! So I definitely will travel with TAP again in the future. (also such a simple and in a way unimportant thing that one does not have to pay for a drink on board, and that you are being served a sandwich, even though it was not particularly good, never the less, the gesture makes all the difference in the world! Thank you for making the flight so pleasurable. 'We will meet again!'"
