"The flight was late one hour upon departure, which was very tiresome considering it was 19h30 in the evening. The gate also changed."

"CheckIn: Check in was good, but boarding was quite bad: after waiting one hour, there was only one staff member to board the passengers, making the procedure longer than needed; standing on the long line added to the stress we already had from waiting one hour in a crowded airport."

Child's pushchair: I had to check it in
"Children: I travel with twin babies and the aircrafts are not prepared for this. Since there are only children's masks on one seat per row, we must seat one row apart and on the middle seat! It is a discrimination for families with more than one small baby, and it makes traveling a difficult and terrible experience for both mother and babies, which are forced to travel separetly."

"Luggage handling: the arrival of luggage at Lisbon airport takes longer than at any airport I know - and I know many. It is inadmissible at an airport of such dimension and modernity to maintain such a slow service."

"Incidents: The handle of my suitcase arrived damage, completely thorn off. The answer from the airline company TAP was that they did not compensate for handles, since they could too easily be thorn...! So I now have a damage useless luggage at home and no reimboursement or repair for it."
