"Aircraft: it is nice you give customer something to eat but the sandwich on the flight to oporto was not very nice although the one on the way to london was ok."

"CheckIn: Check in clerk claimed our fragile package was not wrapped appropriately however within the box the goods were well packed and it had never been a problem before. Our buggy was taken at the plane however was put on the over-sized conveyor belt at Porto meaning we not only had to walk all the way to reclaim carrying the baby, we also thought our buggy had been lost bas it was not on the normal conveyor belt and nobody had previously told us to go to the oversized section."
