"Actual Flight time is 17:15 from lisbon. It takes off 19:45. My flight was late due to late arival of aircraft and then maintenance of aircraft."

"Aircraft: If aircraft is coming late and it also needs maintenance. Then TAP Portugal should use another aircraft instead of waiting so long time to take off."

"CheckIn: Keep passengers informed about delays.
Check in, was efficient.
Boarding, very bad.
Firstly, our boarding started only at departure time.
Secondly, we waited 30 min in crowded buses to aircraft without any word from airline staff. This caused passengers to became unruly and children panicky. An unforgettable experience from TAP.

"CheckIn: Did not like checkin at Copenhagen, told by woman at checkin I can only have 6kg of carry on luggage. She was not very customer friendly. I will reconsider using TAP."
