"i had a great flight, everything starting from the ticket purchase till luggage collecting, was very organized and efficient,
i would expect that you'll have a last minuet offers' specially when the plain isn't full, other then rising prices for those who buy at the last minuets, also the food was not my cup of tea, i would expect from a morning flight to serve breakfast and not just a sandwich, also for those which don't eat meat for breakfast there was no other option...

"the flight was delayed by two hours and we found this tiring and there was a lack of any information at Rome airport. My daughter and I have coeliac disease, so we can not eat the sandwiches offered."
