"CheckIn: Unbelievably terrible. Two women in check-in counter told me to go service counter which was full of claimers for another flight. People argued, scolded so confused. But check-ins told its necessary to go the line-up and get info for check in. I spent hours there and finally Service counter lady saied there's nothing I need to do there. She went to check in counter and told them something, afterall, they started check-in! The worst thing was because of the waste of time, the flight was closed and I could not on board because I followed their bad direction!! They never apologise for that and I needed to wait another five hours to get next flight. Only because of lazy-foolish check-in part time workers."
