"Both flights MAD-LIS and LIS-MAD were delayed between 45-min and 60-min. No clear explanation was given, besides "late arrival of the plane" for MAD-LIS, and plainly no reason for LIS-MAD (once in the plane, there was further delay since the flight lost the original departure slot due to the delay at the gate)."

"CheckIn: Outbound (Madrid-Lisbon) Very unorganized, the book was apparently overbooked, and it was a drama. Apparently they siftet other passengers to another flight, to fit me in. However, in the plane there were still a few empty seats.
Inbound (Lisbon-Madrid): checkin attention was very professional.

"Luggage handling: The ground force in Madrid is pathetic, while in Lisbon it is much more professional. The baggage delivery in Madrid is very careless. They disregard "delicate" labels (not in my case, but other passengers were complaining). Besides it takes forever, for no apaprent reason."
