"Luggage handling: we stopped over Calgary for final destination at Vancouver, and all passengers were kept on the plane waiting for the Calgary passengers to remove their luggage, and that took a long time. May I suggest that if you could use different color tag or some way to differentiate the luggage for Calgary clients and Vancouver clients, that way you might have more efficient processing time required.
