"Your planes are old ... leg room is tight for transatlantic flights .. the food is extremely bad ... uneatable.... and no entertainment on board .. even the TV was poor quality. I thought I was on a 3rd world country aircraft!"

"Surcharges comments: Seats 14 D &E. unable to sleep because of other passengers stepping across to access toilet.
On return journey staff did announce that these seats were not a crossover, however, this was ignored. We paid 240 dollars to prebook these seats.
