"None of the seats reclined, which is very uncomfortable on a long flight. The plug for my headset didn't work and there was no alternative presented to me."

"CheckIn: online checkin was extremely cumbersome.. so i couldnt use it
the handluggage was checked very inconsitently.. i had to check in my small bordcase while others even took multiple bigger cases onboard

"Terrible, I would rather stick pins in my eyes than ever travel with you again or have anything to do with Thompson's in any way what so ever....
Having paid for two seats, I asked if I could be upgraded as my travelling companion was unable to
come.... I had tried to change the ticket by telephone but had not been allowed to. Others it would seem where able to upgrade for an addition £99 payment. For this and several other reasons this was undoubtedly the worst travel experience I have had since I travelled 3rd class on the Beijing Railway 1987....but at least they where polite, if somewhat useless.

"CheckIn: Having paid for two seats I was not allowed to have an empty seat next to me. As a large person this felt very uncomfortable and unfair. If only a person with some intelligence had thought to up grade me, there would have been two spare seats in cattle class which could have been used for a flight that was so obviously very over sold. In fact the only time your staff seemed in any way interested in what I had to say was to find out the name of my travelling companion so they could use the seat straight away. So in the end I felt badly ripped off and badly treated. Of course this was according to the rules. But I guess that is what the guards said at Auschwitz, and so long as the orders are followed who cares about the client. I think the check-in clerk then purposely gave me a seat that would not recline (baulk-head behind), and on the return journey the girl allocated me to a middle seat which upset me and the people next to me. We where all unhappy and uncomfortable."
